Carina Milne
Chiropractor
Carina graduated from the University of Glamorgan in 2003 and began her chiropractic career in Mickleover, Derby. In 2020, she joined Littleover Chiropractic Clinic.
Her treatment approach is primarily based on Diversified chiropractic techniques, alongside the use of Activator methods, drop pieces, and blocking techniques. Soft tissue work and rehabilitation exercises also form an important part of her care plans. She enjoys supporting patients through both short-term care and longer-term preventative approaches.
Carina is passionate about improving patients’ overall wellbeing, with a particular interest in pain management. She understands that living with pain can affect people physically as well as emotionally. Her aim is to provide not only hands-on treatment, but also practical advice, rehabilitation strategies, and support tailored to the individual.
She is registered with the General Chiropractic Council (GCC) and is a member of the British Chiropractic Association (BCA).
